How to Use Product Bundles in XynoTheme – No App Needed!

Want to boost your average order value and offer more value to your customers—without paying for third-party apps? With XynoTheme, you can create beautiful, functional product bundles directly in your Shopify theme.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use the built-in Product Bundles block in your product template. No apps, no subscriptions—just clean theme customization.

🛠 Step 1: Add the “Product Bundles” Block to Your Product Template

• Go to your Shopify admin and click Online Store > Themes.
• Click Customize next to your published XynoTheme.
• In the theme editor, navigate to Products > Default Product or whichever template you're using.
• In the left-side panel, click Add block inside the main-product section.
• Choose Product Bundles block.

You’ll now see a bundle interface appear under the product details. This block allows you to add up to several bundled products along with their individual discount settings.

✏️ Step 2: Customize the Bundle Interface and Discounts

Once the Product Bundles block is added, you can configure each bundle item:

• Tag Settings: You can customize the "Most Popular" or "Free Shipping" tag for each bundle. Leave the field blank if you don’t want to display a tag.

• Discount Settings: Choose either a percentage discount or a fixed amount discount for each item. You cannot use both at the same time. If both fields are filled, the system will prioritize the percentage discount.

🧾 Step 3: Create an Automatic Discount Code in Shopify Admin

To make the bundle discount actually apply during checkout, you must create a matching automatic discount in Shopify:

• From your Shopify admin, go to Discounts > Create Discount > Amount Off Product
• Choose Automatic discount.
• Set the same percentage or fixed discount that matches your bundle block.
• Choose the exact products involved in your bundle.
• Save and activate the discount.

💡 Make sure:

• The discount type (percentage/fixed) matches what you set in the theme.

• The discount applies to the same products shown in your bundle.

For example in your bundles you set Buy 2 discount 10%, Buy 3 discount 20%. You should set up two discount code as below
